EBTJV contacts for brook trout and project locations
Applicants are required to contact their EBTJV state or federal point of contact prior to submitting a pre-application. To get further insight on specific project locations, you should contact your EBTJV point of contact (below) to ask if they would review your project idea, should you be selected for a full proposal. You need to initiate contact by the July 15 deadline for pre-applications.
FY27 Budget Table Template
This table is only required for the second, full application step, for those selected. We are providing it for reference. Please use this table to enter the total amount you are requesting under EBTJV-NFHP funds. A maximum of $50,000 may be requested. Please read guidance below. You may add as many rows as you wish to create a well-defined, reasonable budget clearly referencing deliverables and project actions.

Pre-application is a new step in the EBTJV process for FY27. In FY26 this was an "intent to apply" form, however due to limited funding and streamlining the process we have changed this to a required pre-application.
